what you'll need for 3-4 servings:
- 300g whole grain pasta
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- garlic (fresh or powder)
- fresh basil
- optional: grated parmesan cheese (skip for vegan version)
what to do:
cook pasta in salted water for 9-10 minutes.
blend avocado, milk, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic and basil until its a creamy paste. add grated parmesan cheese and serve with warm pasta.
