Smoothie Deluxe



haven't been here for a while, in fact almost 2 month! i could bore you with excuses and reasons, but i rather just go ahead and share this deliciousness with you.

i called it smoothie deluxe, cause it's a flamboyant smoothie topped with granola, fruits, yoghurt, goji berries and bee pollen. here is what you need:

for the smoothie
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any milk)

now blend until smooth. you'll get a consistency somewhere between ice cream and
 smoothie.
top with granola or oats, fresh chopped fruits (i had 1 doughnut peach, 1 apricot and some mango) and plain yoghurt. i topped it with goji berries and bee pollen for some extra deliciousness!

  3. That smoothie looks so delicious! Tracy and I have been making more smoothies lately. My favorite has been a mango pineapple smoothie.
